Gîte le moulin de Roux
Presentation
The house, an old restored mill, is totally independent, situated on a property of 6500 m2 bordered by a small river. You will be near the village of Montjay in the Provencal Baronnies between Provence and the mountains.
The gîte is ideal for relaxing in the middle of nature.
On the ground floor, you will find :
- the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave,
- a toilet,
- the dining/living room (television).
On the first floor, the sleeping area is composed of :
- room 1: 1 bed 140 cm (+1 bed 90),
- room 2: 1 bed of 140 cm (new BZ),
- bathroom: shower, washbasin, WC.
Outside, you will enjoy :
- a raised terrace with table and chairs,
- an open-air dining area with deckchairs,
- a barbecue,
- a ping-pong table,
- a large garden, and access to the entire property.
Wifi is available in the kitchen and in a room upstairs.
Many walks and cycle rides are possible from the village. Several lakes are less than 20 minutes away by car, offering you the opportunity to relax, swim and fish (Germanette, Riou, Gorges de la Méouge or Rosans), not forgetting the climbing site at Orpierre!
First shops at 15 kms (bakery, butcher's shop, grocer's shop).
