Our restaurant offers you a homemade cuisine made from local products.
Our Chef Sophie BONNARDE has successively held the positions of Chef de partie at the Pullman Hotel in Marseille, Chef de partie at the Palais de la Major in Marseille, Second in New Zealand and Second Banquet at the Nhow Hotel in Marseille.
In addition to her extensive experience in the European restaurant business, Sophie has a very good character but beware: she is used to sharpening her knives perfectly as she also masters the art of Sushi!
Her cuisine is a clever mix of all her inspirations and offers you dishes made from fresh products, evolving with the seasons and favouring local producers.
