Made in "Les Alpes du Sud" ! - The southern Alps -
Anne Cécile makes her pastas from flour or cornmeal from an Alpes de Haute Provence mill. Everything is labeled AB.
The recipes vary according to the seasons and pasta sectors...
Pasta made from various varieties of wheat to guarantee good digestibility and limit the sensitivity to gluten of some people.
The 3 ranges that you can taste are:
* Natures:
Durum and soft wheat, einkorn wheat, khorasan, durum/buckwheat wheat, 100% chickpeas.
* The tasty ones:
Trio colored according to the seasons (plain/beetroot/spinach in winter and plain/tomato/basil in summer), turmeric/lemon.
* Sporting :
Khorasan/spirulina, khorasan/rye.
The manufacturing workshop is located in Valernes, 5 km away from Sisteron.
Pastas are made from durum wheat semolina or various flours intowhich water is added. Drying at low temperature preserves the nutritional values and the authentic taste of the cereals and other ingredients used.

Direct sale in the village of Valernes (by order) on monday from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., or order by email & telephone.
All year round, every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 8 am and 6 pm.
