Villa Costebelle : visite de la cave et dégustation
Presentation
Villa Costebelle produces local wine labelled AB.
We are located in the south of the Hautes-Aples in Upaix.
Come and meet us at the estate, it is with great pleasure that we will present our products and our place of life !
Our domain in organic farming extends over 2.5 ha in the town of Upaix in the Hautes-Alpes.
Between Provence and Côteaux de Durance, our terroir benefits from clay-limestone soil regulated by the midday sun and the coolness of the peaks, which gives our wines a particularly surprising and whole soul.
The variety of our grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah, Mollard, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat de Hamburg, Grenache, Petit Manseng and Gewurztraminer) offers us a range of choices for making wines that are all as different as each other.
Some are sophisticated and elegant as they are aged in oak barrels, others simpler and more greedy with aromas of fresh fruit.
The vinification of our wines is a natural continuation of our organic practices since we vinify by minimizing inputs as far as possible, using sulfur in very small quantities, reasoned according to the cuvées and the years.
To allow you to see more clearly, all our cuvées are analyzed post bottling and the sulfur and volatile acidity levels reported on the counter.
label.
Just as we do not intervene artificially on our wines, we do not filter them either and trust that our product will best express its character and personality.
Living wine, signature wine, you are about to taste a unique product, made with passion and confidence in life.
Through these wines, I share with you the best of my person and of what the universe blows at me vintage after vintage, season after season so be vigilant, you may learn something about me or about you.
If you are curious, and you are surely as much as greedy, do not hesitate
