The specialties of Sisteron Buëch are the flavors of goat cheeses, walnuts from the Oule valley and small spelt, the sunshine of olive oil, Provençal honeys, and all the scents of our aromatic plants: lavender, thyme, rosemary, oregano, savory or even saffron!
